However,once I did pick it up,I couldn't put it down. It was everything I could ever want in a horror book. The prologue gripped me and the rest of the book had me turning the pages as fast as I could.... There are quite a few shocking surprises in this story and even though it's a quick read, it is apparent that the author put in effort to create characters with depth and keep the suspense building throughout the plot...
