Description:This book is about my life's journey, encountering, and overcoming obstacles through my Christian faith and exercising. My family had my sister in Lagos, Nigeria, and migrated to the United States of America in 1972. I was born in Washington Hospital Center, Washington D.C., USA. My parents lived as husband and wife in Washington, District of Columbia, USA. My father attended Howard University and the University of Maryland Baltimore in the summer to take summer classes to finish earlier; which he was able to do by obtaining his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree by 1977 at Howard University. After my parents divorced, my father felt alone in USA, he returned to Nigeria and never came back to the USA. I have not seen my father face to face in over 35-years. My mother did not finish high school or attend college, nor did either of my grandmothers. I have not seen my mother face to face in over 20-years. My unique circumstances of growing up and older, without either parents made me resilient and resourceful for survival, and navigating life.By working on my mindset and disciplining my mind through visualization of my goals, what I think is possible for me, gratitude mindset, and continuously working on living a healthier lifestyle; this resulted in losing over 100lbs, pursuing and finishing my bachelor's degree, dual master's degrees and Ph.D., all while working full-time, going through a very difficult children custody in which I legally fought for equal access to my sons, and divorce processes.We have made it easy for you to find a PDF Ebooks without any digging.
