However, I often find myself to be the only "Pastor" in a mission environment, surrounded by administrators who are so organized that they are often oblivious to the actual needs of people. They can organize any outreach program or service project, but if a staff member has a marriage problem they run and hide. So this book is written from the "Heart of a Pastor" with Biblical teaching, and is not restricted by denominational or doctrinal preferences.
